Do dostatočne veľkej nádoby nalejte 800 ml studenej vody a metličkou v nej rozmiešajte jemnú kukuričnú krupicu tak, aby sa nevytvorili hrudky. Priveďte do varu a stiahnite plameň, aby vám krupica neutekala. Za občasného miešania nechajte pomaly zhustnúť. Buto to trvať približne 8 minút. Potom odstavte z platne.

 

Medzitým si rozmixujte zrelý banán, alebo ho aspoň roztlačte vidličkou a primiešajte ho do uvarenej kaše.

 

Na spodok taniera nalejte polovicu kaše a ozdobte ju domácim džemom. Do zvyšnej časti kaše zamiešajte karob a prelejte do taniera. Na záver ozdobte orechmi.

 

Jedná sa o výživné a lahodné raňajky vhodné hlavne pri bezlepkovej diéte, keďže kukuričná krupica neobsahuje dráždivý glutén. Kukuričná krupica je v podstate namletá sušená kukurica, vďaka čomu si uchová množstvo cenných látok.
