Múku zmiešajte vo väčšej miske so soľou, cukrom a so sušeným droždím. Na platni si zatiaľ ohrejte mlieko a dajte doň rozohriať aj tuk.

 

Mlieko s tukom potom spojte so sypkou zmesou a nakoniec pridajte hrozienka. Rukami vypracujte vláčne cesto, ktoré necháte aspoň hodinu zakryté kysnúť.

 

Keď je cesto vykysnuté, rozdeľte ho na diely, z ktorých vianočku zapletiete.

Pripravenú vianočku dajte na plech vyložený papierom na pečenie a nechajte ešte aspoň  15 minút dokysnúť.

 

Potom ju potrite rozšľahaným vajíčkom a dajte piecť na 200°C približne 40 minút.

Vianočku odporúčame podávať s maslom a obľúbenou marmeládou, chutná bude ale určite aj bez toho.

 

Ingrediencie na 1 klasickú vianočku:

• 96 g masla
• 360 ml polotučného mlieka
• 2 vajcia
• 80 g hrozienok
• štipka soli
• 80 g kokosového cukru
• 480 g bezlepkovej múky
• 1 balenie sušeného droždia
